As Verizon grew its cloud portfolio, a mounting number of disparate service portals became increasingly unwieldy for the company and its customers. 70kft’s expert Web development and creative team was the go-to for a rapid redesign to integrate all Verizon Cloud product management into one master dashboard for easy procurement and provisioning by its enterprise users.

Working hand-in-hand with Verizon’s product managers and development team, 70kft began with the most important building blocks ... user experience (UX) and user interface (UI). This strategy work set the overall tone, look and feel of console that ultimately integrated one-view management of seven individual products and related services, including Enterprise Cloud, VCloud Express, Storage, Support and more.
Start to finish for the Verizon Cloud Console took just five months. 70kft led UX, front-end development, and design execution, working with Verizon teams around the globe. From setting requirements to wireframes and high-fidelity design to iconography, copywriting and everything in between, no stone was left unturned. The October 2014 debut of the Verizon Cloud Console was supported by marketing assets also created by 70kft that included a video how-to, website CTAs (calls-to-action) funnel, paid search campaign and an optimized landing page.
