discovered that hyper-targeted search terms, such as “luxury condos in downtown
Denver,” ranked high on the search engine results page (SERPS). The team optimized on-page content and
off-page content including page titles, meta descriptions and meta keywords.
Additionally, the team incorporated link-building campaigns, wrote blog posts
based on local events and optimized the brand’s local listings on Google, Yahoo
and Bing. These efforts increased organic site traffic by 49 percent in a
six-month period. At the end of the campaign, Spire’s terms ranking on the
first page of search engines increased from 6.82 percent to 25.8 percent. As a
result of this success, Spire hit an incredible 99 percent occupancy.
