A U.S. Air Force officer and an art teacher move to the midwest in the 70s to raise a family. Add the influence of years of Prince, early mentoring in drawing and photography, "Minnesota Nice," football, playing bass in a Metallica/Guns N' Roses cover band, chess club, varsity track and field, roof riding, Savannah College of Art and Design, Drake University, amazing design agencies (Rapp Collins, DDB Needham, Group Baronet and VSA Partners), and you arrive here: 70kft.

Gus is 70kft's founding principal and oversees creative and branding. The start of 70kft in the mid-2000s represented the fulfillment of a long-held career aspiration. From early on, it was always his plan to open an agency.

Gus has always championed pushing Integrated Marketing and Communications (IMC) from buzzword to reality, seeking a deep understanding of each client's business, audience and competition, prior to beginning the creative process. It's this approach which brought about the agency's name and philosophy-starting each project from far above, understanding the landscape, it's obstacles and opportunities, then moving to developing solutions.

His work has been recognized by a number of publications and organizations, including Adobe (formerly Macromedia), Architectural Digest, Communication Arts, The Dallas Society of Visual Communications, Graphis, as well as both the London and New York Flash Film Festival.

Audrey is an only child with only child tendencies of enjoying to-do lists, deadlines and plans for everything. When she's not spending time with Gus and their three kids, Audrey makes her Scrabble App a priority, reads the Bible, listens to music, and watches "Law & Order SVU," "NCIS" and classic old movies (Doris Day, Cary Grant and Rock Hudson are favorites). A deep regret is not writing Mister Fred Rogers, while he was still living, to thank him for his positive impact on children everywhere.

Audrey's professional passion is integrated brand communications. She can honestly remark that 70kft is the realization of a dream she never knew she had. She has held a series of high accountability brand and portfolio management roles for PR, corporate communications and marketing. Audrey's career has spanned 17 years in TV news, health care, top 20 national retail and consumer durables/manufacturing and nonprofits. Major brands shaping her strategic thinking over the years have included Whirlpool, Lowe's and Home Depot. Audrey and the teams she has led have worked diligently and have been recognized with some of the industry's top awards including but not limited to a Gold SABRE for Integrated Marketing Communications, a Bronze Anvil and Top 40 Under 40 PR Professionals to watch.

Danny is an interesting product of a right-brained European artist and a left-brained, New Jersey-born, analytical-number crazy teacher. Obsessive compulsion and creativity go hand and hand with him.  Computers have always been his passion, dedication, and a tool that he stays very close to at all times, after all, he built his first at age 15. If he's not slamming away at the keyboard, staying up-to-date with all the latest tech strategies, software, and online applications, you'll see him on the soccer field playing in one of his three leagues. While he's not a fan of the cold or rain for the most part, he does love being outdoors for camping, volleyball, boating, fishing - anything near a lake would be an alternative happy place.

Danny graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas where he majored in Management Information Systems. He brings to the agency a well-versed, strategic Digital Marketing background, as well as relevant experiences in all phases of web/application development or software development lifecycle. He will tell you PPC (Pay-Per-Click) didn't exist a decade ago and in regard to SEO (Search Engine Optimization) - if you know what same color text/background is, he'll probably chuckle. Danny has driven SEO, PPC, site analytics, A/B testing, responsive & adaptive web design, UX optimization, information architecture, email marketing, social media, mobile app development, and online media campaigns for hundreds of clients including JcPenney, Red Envelope, Purina, Michaels, Direct Energy, Wholly Guacamole, Wonderful Pistachio, Jiffy Lube, and Del Friscos.

British-born George has been in the U.S. since 2000 but still has a slight accent. Peers regard him well for sense of humor and desire to stay on task. He places his family and close friends above anything else in the world. George regards loyalty as the defining mark of character. He loves American and European football (aka soccer). He regularly plays soccer with friends in the suburbs of Dallas. When not working on the soccer field, George can typically be caught at the gym, driving around with his music cranked up loud or in possession of chocolate.

George is a Magna Cum Laude graduate from St. Edwards University. He studied communications with a focus on advertising and public relations. During his education he completed two different internships obtaining solid experience at an advertising agency and was a standout at Clear Channel. As a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success, George strives to be a steward in both his professional and personal life. He has built up a stellar reputation through a reputable work ethic and clear deliverables.

First of all, this Kevyn is not a man. There's a heartwarming story behind this lady's name and namesake so be sure to ask when you meet her. Kevyn has a determined spirit that earmarks everything she does in life. She declares that she is single and "loving it." She enjoys wakeboarding, skiing and running. She recently trained for and completed her first half-marathon. Her movie-going style is two-sided in that she loves Rom-Coms but can also appreciate a solid action film such as the Bourne Identity or James Bond.

Kevyn put herself through college graduating with a bachelor's in advertising design and a minor in business. Before joining 70kft, she held corporate roles where she was the glue keeping multiple marketing department projects on track. From sales teams to marketing materials and trade shows, Kevyn knows how to get her hands dirty and maintain a positive outlook. Her next step is pursuing a master's degree.

Richard is full of surprises. Most would be surprised to learn he ran for Congress and spent four months as a volunteer in Iraq. His favorite book of all time is "The Weight of Glory." He has attempted and conquered some great professional feats but has no appetite for daredevil acts such as skydiving. He's been told he resembles the character of Timothy McGee from the show "NCIS" but doesn't quite get it.

Richard studied computer science and marketing at Dallas Baptist University. He is proficient in some 20 coding languages. He specializes in PHP development but his expertise covers the gamut of back-end and front-end coding along with server configuration and website loading best practices. Prior to joining 70kft, Richard was on special assignment for the final months of the Romney for President campaign where he assisted the web development team. In his free time, he remains committed to Republican community causes and organizations.

Elda sees art in everything including street graffiti and gig posters. She took up origami to bring a logo sketch to life and believes you can always use another sketch book.  Eighties-born baby that she is, some office banter escapes her but she redeems herself through a healthy respect for Monty Python. And, by the way, the soundtrack to some of her best work is "Law & Order SVU" episodes which play in her ear when she's on deadline.

Elda has five years of multi-faceted design experience. She specializes in print and interactive design and is a key player in the creative strength of the firm. She is a leader in the local creative community, serving on the board of the Dallas Chapter of the AIGA(American Institute of Graphic Arts). Prior to joining 70kft, she designed for the Public Trust Gallery and Ecolab. She is a graduate of the University of North Texas at Denton with a bachelor's of fine arts in communication design.

You always know when Renee is around, because of her distinct, joyful laugh. She's a great teammate because of her work ethic, which she learned on the soccer field at Navarro College where she played goalkeeper. Renee has a very eclectic set of interests; she frequents blogs about backpacks, loves a good steady rainfall and finds Internet cats hysterical. She also owns more than 115 pairs of Vans, buys Silly Putty in bulk, and wants to purchase a pet jackalope.

On the serious side, Renee has three years of print and interactive design, front-end development and advertising experience. She graduated from the University of North Texas in 2008 with a bachelor's of fine arts in communication design. Prior to joining 70kft, Renee was a designer for an industry-leading outdoor advertising company. At 70kft, she is highly regarded for her crazy attention to detail, precision production handoffs and always pushing the work further.

Josh loves music, reading memoirs, basketball, hockey and hearing people's life stories. Okay, it might sound like an eHarmony profile but he's the real deal. And, he is actually in a long-distance relationship . . . with his band and occasionally gets together with them to play a gig. Josh delights in saying he's a no regrets kind of guy who will never say never, but in the same breath declares he will never attend a Nickelback concert. Also, he has an obsession with geography and "absolutely loves the smell of skunk." He requests you not judge him for that last part.

Josh has been passionately designing in various industries for the past three years. Design work for bands and non-profit organizations truly energize him. He actively participates with the local chapters of AIGA and the DSVC. Josh has a bachelor's in graphic design from Indiana Wesleyan University. Clients regard him most for his professionalism and receptivity to their input. Team members enjoy his unique and honest feedback.

Bailey loves movies, especially Rom-Coms. When Harry Met Sally and Sleepless In Seattle are at the top of his list. He has an extreme obsession with shoes, and spends what he calls an unhealthy amount of his time window-shopping online. Bailey loves candy, and sometimes will substitute it for a normal meal. Don't plan to give him much lip about the movies or shoe shopping, as his 6'6" frame may not match your perception. Bailey enjoys art when he's not working through sculptures that reflect personal memories and experiences. He admires contemporary artists such as Matthew Barney and Bruce Nauman.

Bailey Parkerson was born and raised in Alabama. He attended Auburn University where he received a bachelor's of fine arts in graphic design. While at Auburn he was a member of the Auburn Men's Varsity Crew Team for all four years, and due to an injury, was assistant coach his final season. He says rowing taught him discipline and mental fortitude that has carried on into his everyday life.

As a young Michael entered the workforce, he carried a slew of random, non-design jobs whose only common thread was paying the bare minimum wage. Those jobs ranged from working at a stain glass shop and Blockbuster to mowing yards and filing papers. The most notable employer was a cemetary. Feel free to ask him questions about it, as he has a plethora of stories to tell. But now that he's found his passion in design, he proudly admits he has a hard time imagining doing anything different in his life.

Michael joins 70kft with a bachelor's of environmental design in architectural studies and a master's in fine arts in graphic design, concentrating in practical and conceptual visual communication from the acclaimed Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD). His experience includes working with architectural firms where he created concepts and construction documentation for a number of projects. Aside from the 70kft portfolio, you will most likely find his collection of marketing media projects being recognized in various design competitions. In particular, they include the 'SCAD Secession', the school's 'best of' student catalog.

Don't be alarmed if you eat with Amanda, a self-proclaimed foodie, as she takes a photo of her latest meal. She documents all fine cuisine via an Instagram account exclusively dedicated to her discoveries. Amanda's passions include all sports and she even figure skated from the age of five until she was 14. As a Denver native, she's a devoted Broncos fan who happens to also love the Lakers. She speaks four languages but plans to be fluent in a total of seven by 2016. However, her greatest personal passion is her 4-year-old French bulldog, Goober.

Amanda's professional passion for public relations began during her tenure in the Colorado State Capitol House communications department. Before joining 70kft as an account executive, Amanda cut her teeth in a boutique-agency environment excelling in media relations and garnering local-market and national coverage for nearly a dozen varied, major brands. Her strengths include implementing brand communication initiatives, campaign ideation, event coordination, in-depth research and analysis, as well as executing social media campaigns. Amanda holds a bachelor's degree in international studies and a minor in business administration and French.

Brittini is an Alabama native with a deep love for Alabama Football, which she refers to as the only team that matters in the state (roll tide, y'all!). Her favorite type of food is southern soul food with an emphasis on macaroni and cheese and red velvet cake. Possibly on a related note, she runs at least five miles a day, which also helps her to relax. Her favorite movie is Splendor in the Grass and she could read The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks over and over again. Brittini believes that everything happens for a reason and has learned to never say never.

Brittini is a graduate of the University of Alabama where she studied public relations and minored in computer science. Accordingly, she has diverse experience ranging from PR, TV news, social media and front-end coding. Most recently, Britt held a variety of PR and marketing roles addressing a gamut of industries including animal welfare oral surgery and the Alabama Museum of Natural History. Prior to joining 70kft, Brittini championed Mattito's Tex-Mex as the marketing coordinator, also known as the fun director.

Kathryn is a true 'Dallasite' and a three-time southern debutante, who enjoys going to her family lake house to relax. She might surprise you with the amount of food she can put away, especially if it is a plate of spaghetti. If you see her eating breakfast at Tiffany's, it is because she wishes she was Audrey Hepburn. People say she looks like Amanda Seyfried or Amy Smart, but she would prefer Grace Kelly.

In her role at 70kft, Kathryn is 75 percent dedicated to social media strategy. Her two favorite platforms are Twitter and Snapchat and she cant wait to see what will happen with the re-vamped MySpace. This position is perfect for her because she is eager to ideate for client projects and is full of great ideas to enhance the PR world. Prior to her current role, she had three consecutive New York City internships (DVF, Women's Wear Daily, THiNK Public Relations). Kathryn decided that after graduation from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelors in Apparel Merchandising, Strategic Communication and Management, she would come home to Texas.

Cassidy has a spirit of joviality and ease. She loves Oklahoma State football, karaoke, Miranda Lambert and absolutely everything about Jimmy Fallon. In fact, high on her bucket list is to perform stand-up comedy one day. When she can, she enjoys the water sports her mom taught her at a young age - wakeboarding and waterskiing. Additionally, Cassidy is not embarrassed to admit she can quote every line of the movie Mean Girls and loves to watch "Toddlers and Tiaras." Those two obsessions may be related to her love of glitter. Just saying . . .

Cassidy earned her bachelor of arts degree from Oklahoma State University. There, she studied strategic communication. That training has come to great use within 70kft's integrated communications model. After completing several internships including ones in PR, advertising and Internet marketing, Cassidy joined 70kft. She says practically living in the ad room of The Daily O'Collegian in her college days prepared her for the pace of what happens here.
